Our Central Government client is looking for a Portfolio Director to lead the strategic oversight and delivery of the Service Transformation portfolio across their services. This role ensures alignment with organisational priorities, drives efficiency, and delivers improved outcomes for citizens, businesses, and the environment. The Portfolio Director will own and lead both the Change Management Office (CMO) and the Portfolio Management Office (PMO), embedding best practice in portfolio governance, change management, benefits realisation, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.
