A District Council that i work closely alongside is currently recruiting an Interim Assistant Director of Property Services. Role Overview: 12-month interim assignment Location: Essex Day Rate: £700-£750 Per Day Arrangement: Inside IR35 On-site Requirement: 3 days per week on site Service Areas Covered: This role has full responsibility for the client-side Property Services function, including: Compliance Repairs Damp & mould Asset management Quantity surveying Contract management (there will remain some subcontractor involvement) Key Context: A mock inspection has recently taken place. Compliance and Health & Safety are in a stable place. The key challenge area is repairs, currently outsourced to a major contractor (responsive, voids, planned).
