Pay - £700 - £800 Per Day The Role Reporting into the Executive Leadership Team, you'll provide strategic direction across Asset Management, Capital Investment and Compliance, ensuring programmes are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with organisational objectives. Key responsibilities include: Developing and delivering long, medium and short-term asset investment strategies. Leading capital investment planned maintenance and retrofit programmes. Providing strategic oversight of property compliance and asset performance. Driving improvements in asset data quality to support investment decisions.
