They are now recruiting for a newly created, client-funded Programme Director role to lead one of the most significant building safety remediation programmes in the UK. Please note: this is a 3-year fixed-term/interim contract. The Opportunity Our client has been appointed Programme Lead for a major institutional client's national building safety remediation programme — a multi-year, portfolio-wide initiative covering circa 400 buildings across Direct and Indirect Self-Remediation Terms and Orphan assets, all subject to the Building Safety Act. This is a newly created, fully client-funded post giving you single-client focus and full ownership of delivery, governance and the client relationship.
