Our client is seeking an experienced and immediately available Interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to provide strategic and operational cyber security leadership during a critical phase of security and risk maturity. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned security leader who has operated within complex, highly regulated, research-led, public sector or mission-driven environments. It would be ideal if you had experience in the Higher Education space but sectors such as Charity, Research & Development, Scientific Research, Government, Not-for-Profit, Public Sector or Similar Organisations would be considered. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and enhancing the organisation's cyber security capability across operational security, governance, risk management, cyber assurance, security strategy and stakeholder engagement.
