An established and growing manufacturing business based in Tewkesbury is seeking an experienced Finance Director to join its Board. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a commercially astute finance professional with a strong manufacturing background and the ability to operate both strategically and operationally. This role is site-based in Tewkesbury. Candidates must be local and able to work on-site full-time.
