We are seeking an experienced FP&A Consultant to join a leading financial services organisation on an interim basis during a period of leadership transition. Following the departure of the FP&A Director, the existing Head of FP&A (formerly the deputy) has stepped into the leadership role and requires an experienced consultant to provide hands-on operational support while also helping assess and strengthen the wider FP&A function ahead of the appointment of a permanent Director. This is a broad role combining day-to-day financial planning and analysis responsibilities with strategic review work, requiring an individual who can quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of the finance function.
