I am currently recruiting an Interim Senior People & Culture Partner role with a charity based in the East Midlands (Leicestershire area M1 corridor) on a 12-month fixed term contract at a salary in the range of £60,570 to £62,813 per year. This role can be carried out over 4 or 5 days per week with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office and the remainder working remotely. Reporting to the HR Director, your role will be to provide leadership and management of the People and Culture team of 5 and drive forward existing and new projects.
