1. Responsible for the Building Services aspects to fully meet the annual requirements of the Council's revenue and capital programmes. 2. Advise, develop and implement client approved planned, cyclical and day to day maintenance programmes and related services such as:- Planned Preventative Maintenance Electrical / Mechanical reports / projects Building Condition Surveys Pre-tender estimates and options appraisal3. As an acknowledged building surveying expert, provide technical advice on works required to maintain, improve and/or develop property. 4.
