During the summer period the University carry's out maintenance on student accommodation blocks so they are ready in September for the new students. As a plumber you will be responsible for carrying out various plumbing tasks on kitchen and bathrooms with in the accommodation. Tasks will include changing taps, washers, changing plugs and fixing leaks. All the work is domestic on student accommodation units.
