Mobile Cleaner required to work with a leading Housing Association based in Ely and surrounding area. My client requires an experienced mobile cleaner to work on a long term, temporary contract. Work will include general cleaning, deep cleaning void social housing properties, external cleaning, graffiti removal. Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents. Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly. Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained. Report any repairs to the maintenance office team. Support when no lone working is required. Carry out sharps sweeps. Collection and distribution of bedding packs/welcome packs as required.
