About the Role We’re looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Home Maintenance Service Coordinator to join our team. This is a fast-paced, varied role where you’ll play a key part in coordinating repairs, maintenance, and property services—ensuring customers remain at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with contractors, internal teams, and residents to ensure works are delivered efficiently across a range of services including repairs, voids, grounds maintenance, and damp & mould cases.
