Job Title: Facilities Team Leader | Shropshire. * The post is temporary, for 37 hours per week, 6 month assignment * Rates per hour £26.06 PAYE, £34.60 UMBRELLA * Experience managing multiple buildings ideally. * Drivers license and access to vehicle required. * Ability to gain business insurance for vehicle required. * Mainly on site with occasional homeworking. You will be: Reporting to Facilities and Maintenance Manager , responsible and accountable for the Facilities Maintenance members of staff, acting in a supervisory/managerial capacity, monitoring performance, supporting development and undertaking annual appraisals.
