We are currently recruiting for an experienced Groundworker to join a well-established contractor carrying out repairs and maintenance works to social housing domestic properties across Daventry. This is an ongoing temporary role offering regular work with the opportunity to join a busy team delivering high-quality external groundworks and property maintenance projects. The role involves working on occupied and void social housing properties across Daventry, carrying out a variety of external groundworks to improve and maintain domestic properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out slabbing, paving, and pathway repairs Complete bricklaying repairs including walls, steps, and boundary works Install and repair kerbing Undertake drainage repairs and install new drainage where required Carry out general groundworks and site preparation Excavate and reinstate areas using hand tools and small plant Complete concrete repairs and associated groundwork tasks Ensure all work is completed...
