Finance Administrator (6 Month FTC)
The Role:
Our PIB Group office have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working and personable person to join the team as our new Finance Administrator – Insurer Reconciliations and Payments
The role would suit a person who is confident and looking to enter the world of finance. You will be a natural problem solver with a high level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. As the business goes through an exciting growth period, there will be many opportunities to get involved in other exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
Matching our invoices to suppler statements
Querying unmatched invoices and help through to resolution
Prepare monthly payments to suppliers
You will be using our client broking systems called Acturis, Websure, SSP and TAM
Responsible for investigating any unidentified cash
You will be dealing with any email or telephone queries from the Finance Team and wider business...
