We are seeking an efficient Finance Assistant to support this small team at a busy Grammar school in West Kent on a fixed term basis to November 2026. Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties are: * Purchase order processing and managing queries * Bank reconciliations * Credit card processing * Invoicing * Proficiency of PS Financials is highly desirable plus a good intermediate knowledge of Excel You will be a committed and focused individual with a good eye for detail. You will thrive within a small team and will support others when required Working hours are 37.5 per week, onsite and full time. No hybrid working on offer.
