Senior Financial Planning Manager - Interim Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a Local Authority in the South East to appoint an Interim Senior Financial Planning Manager. This is a senior assignment leading the Council's financial planning, MTFS and budget-setting activity, while providing strategic advice to senior leaders and Members.
