What You'll Do: As our Finance Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Own the procurement process, ensuring purchasing procedures are followed and records are maintained. Monitor outstanding purchase orders and invoices, following up with colleagues and suppliers where required. Maintain accurate supplier records and supporting documentation. Manage company credit card reconciliations, including receipt collection, transaction coding and record keeping. Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring transactions are accurately matched and coded within the finance system.
