Healthcare Security Officer / Enhanced Care Safety Officer Location: Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust – Torbay Hospital, TQ2 7AA Shifts: 07:00–19:00 (days) and 19:00–07:00 (nights) Pay rates: * £13.60 per hour (Monday–Friday) – Band 3 * £18.36 per hour (Saturdays and nights) * £22.99 per hour (Sundays) About the role As an Enhanced Care Safety Officer (ECSO), you will play an important role in helping to deliver safe, high‑quality one‑to‑one or enhanced care for patients who need increased observation due to mental health, cognitive, or behavioural needs. Working closely with the Enhanced Care and Security teams, you will help maintain a safe, dignified and therapeutic environment for patients, visitors and colleagues across the Trust.
