About the Role
Our client are seeking a proactive and highly accurate Finance Administrator to join their team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract in Halifax. This opportunity offers the chance to gain valuable experience within a busy and collaborative team, while being part of a fantastic business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial queries end‑to‑end, ensuring accurate and efficient resolution
Investigate and resolve invoice issues, including billing discrepancies
Process purchase order and invoice corrections to ensure timely payments
Review and process credit requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve finance queries
Identify recurring issues and support process improvements
