Role Purpose  The purpose of this job is to ensure the highest standards of fire safety & provide expert advice to reduce the risk of fire to all housing stock through effective management of fire risk assessments, and ensure that the Local Authority meets the requirements of all Fire & Building Safety legislation. Responsibilities  To ensure THH complies with all relevant Fire Safety legislation and BS/EN standards. Provide expert technical advice on the application and interpretation of fire safety guidance. To provide a leading role in the development, implementation and management of THH Fire Safety Strategy. To commission and manage the annual programme of Fire Risk Assessments ensuring that all risk assessments are completed in line with contractual requirements.
