Role Purpose To ensure the council remains fully compliant with statutory and regulatory responsibilities relating to Fire Safety and Asbestos Management across its housing stock. The postholder will manage safety programmes, maintain accurate compliance data, oversee contractor performance, and ensure residents’ homes meet all relevant building safety requirements.
