Special Projects Fire Safety Advisor Location: South East London Contract: 3-Month Ongoing Contract (Potential Extension up to 12 Months) Rate: £500 per day Umbrella Hours: Full-Time – 36 Hours per Week The Role As Special Projects Fire Safety Advisor, you will act as the organisation's technical expert on fire safety matters relating to external wall systems and associated building safety risks. You will review complex fire safety assessments, provide specialist advice on risk mitigation, support investigative programmes, contribute to legal recovery actions, and ensure compliance with the latest legislation and guidance, including PAS 9980 and the Building Safety Act. Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Fire Safety Leadership Provide expert fire safety advice across a portfolio of high-risk residential buildings.
