Elevate Projects are recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Surveyor to oversee fire safety works on behalf of our prestigious Bristol based client. Duties will include undertaking undertaking pre inspections of Fire Safety work packages within small team such as compartmentation, fire doors, alarms, escape routes and will require good working knowledge of Part B to be undertaken after FRA's to determine what remedial actions are required. Supervision of works on site, to ensure works are completed in line with regulations and on time and budget and follow up inspections of works once completed to ensure that it is completed in accordance with regulations. Candidates should have considerable knowledge and understanding of fire safety works and have qualifications related to the the field, such as NEBOSH Fire, IFE, FDIS or similar
