Compliance Surveyor — Fire Safety (Interim, 6 months) Contract: Interim / 6 months Reports to: Compliance Manager / Head of Property Services Location: Borough-wide site visits About the Role We’re seeking an experienced Fire Safety Compliance Surveyor to support day‑to‑day fire safety across the council’s housing stock. You will deliver and oversee Type 1 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs), manage remedial works, and ensure robust, audit‑ready compliance records.
