Our client Swindon Council is looking for an Experienced Social worker to join their Disability Children's team. Job Purpose The Experienced Social Worker will provide high-quality social work services to children and young people with disabilities and their families. The post holder will undertake statutory assessments, safeguard children, coordinate multi-agency support, and ensure children with complex needs receive appropriate services to maximise their wellbeing, development, and independence. The role requires skilled assessment, effective partnership working, and a commitment to promoting the voice of the child.
