Our client Lincolnshire County Council is looking for an Advanced Practitioner to join their Supportive and stable team. We are a front line team who work with children and families from the point of referral, through CIN, CP and Care Proceedings. We have well established and strong working relationships with partner agencies including Family Help, Family Group Decision Making and health. Our base is Louth which is a rural area in the Lincolnshire Wolds. There is plenty of on-site free parking. The candidate will be expected to complete Child and Family Assessments, working with partner agencies and making enquires/ working with families to ensure children are being cared for safely. The candidate will have experience of managing children within CIN and CP framework as well as experience in managing private and public law proceedings. We are currently recruiting for Experienced Social Workers for Assessment & Safeguarding Team in the Lincolnshire area. The teams are established with great management and reasonable caseload. The social worker should have experience of ideally Safeguarding / Child Protection and court. The caseload will include duty and Assessment. The role is a hybrid of home and office working, currently 2 - 3 days a week in the office. Full support is offered. You must be registered with Social work England and have worked as a social worker for at least 3 years.
