About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Social Worker to join our Family Safeguarding Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Location: Cambridge (Hybrid - 2/3 days in the Wisbech office) Key Responsibilities: Complete statutory visits for CIN (Child in Need), CP (Child Protection), and CIC (Children in Care) cases. Chair CIN and Core Group Meetings. Manage a caseload including CIN, CP, and CIC cases, some of which may involve PLO or S31 Care Proceedings. Prepare and complete Court Reports, risk assessments, and parenting assessments. Attend court with support from a Senior Practitioner or Team Manager. Participate in the Duty rota.
