Key responsibilities Manage an allocated social work caseload of highly complex issues regularly featuring child protection issues and the Public Law Outline (PLO) processes. Make, and implement, judgements and decisions with autonomy on cases with high levels of complexity, risk, uncertainty and challenge with the oversight of the manager. Plan and implement interventions designed to address needs and reduce risk. Liaise with partner agencies to secure support and services for children and their families.
