Employee Relations Partner Hours 37 Salary Range £37,280 to £40,777 pa – pro rata for hours worked Type of Contract Fixed Term 6 months Location Stevenage About The Role • You will be advising and supporting line managers on employee relations issue including disciplinary (capability/conduct), grievance, appeals, flexible working requests, advising on risk and supporting with formal investigations and hearings. • Advise on the application and interpretation of people policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and best practice. • Support managers in proactively manage sickness absence and colleague wellbeing in collaboration with managers.
