Respond to referrals from the front door as part of a duty rota system (one week in three on duty). Participate in public and private law proceedings related to children and families. Work collaboratively with colleagues, partner agencies, and families to provide timely and effective interventions. Maintain accurate case records, reports, and documentation in line with Council policies. Attend and contribute to team meetings, case reviews, and professional development sessions.
