Job description You will lead a team of 6 social workers, providing support, regular supervision, scrutiny and oversight of the children and families they are working with. You will chair key meetings such as strategy discussion, PLO meetings, permanency planning meetings and support social workers in court hearings as required. You will make decisions regarding need and risk, and be able to escalate as needed and follow correct policy, procedure and legislation.
