The Qualified Social Worker - Hospital Discharge team vacancy in Devon will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.   Responsibilities include: To assist the appropriate manager in discharging the full range of statutory duties and BCP Council objectives, within the team which the post holder works, under the supervision, guidance and direction of the relevant manager.
