We are looking for an experienced and people focused LGR Change & Project Lead to help PSPS and the South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership navigate this complex, multi‑phase journey. This role will be central to ensuring our organisation, services and employees are fully prepared for each stage of LGR. You’ll bring strong change expertise, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to work with multiple senior leaders in a matrix environment.
