Joiner £15.60 per hour 4 months contract We are commercially focused, successful and thriving Housing Building team which are currently looking to recruit time served Joiner to join the team. This team looks after Council housing stock and other Council owned properties such as sheltered housing schemes. We pride ourselves on customer service and customer satisfaction and are looking to expand our team further to deliver this. You will be expected to work to a high standard ensuring good value all whilst keeping tenants informed of progress. The job utilises mobile technology to enable you to carry out your job while on the move using a mobile device. This includes details of your appointments, van stock control and health and safety information such as vehicle checks. A vehicle is provided which is collected and returned daily to our depot. Warehouse operative required initially for a 3 month contract with possibility of permanent role. Must live within a 30 minute drive and own transport needed due to location. Must have excellent attention to detail and be able to count and identify different part numbers. The warehouse person will work Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 4.30pm. Overtime is paid after 37 hrs at £20.25 per hour. Warehouse duties include:- * Put all stock away in their pre-determined location within the stores department. * To work on dispatch handling, packing and shipment. * To kit works orders as necessary. * To flag any shortages to the kit list. * To check shop floor returns are good to go back into stock. * To unload vehicles as necessary and check goods in. * Unpacking and putting away of deliveries.
