Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service to encourage repeat business and build strong customer relationships. Process customer orders, quotations, and enquiries accurately and efficiently. Use the SAP system for order processing, stock management, invoicing, back orders, forward orders, and cash handling. Ensure branch stock levels are maintained and products are readily available. Support accurate and timely customer deliveries and quotations.
