My Client is looking for Customer Service Advisor to join their incredible team to be the first point of contact for external customers handling shipping requests. Providing information and advice on transiting goods worldwide via Phone, Email, Twitter, Facebook, Web-Chat etc.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You’ll handle enquiries, track deliveries, and provide accurate product and service information while promoting the brand and identifying opportunities to upgrade or cross-sell. You’ll be expected to resolve queries quickly with a focus on first-time resolution, manage objections professionally, and maintain strong customer confidence throughout every interaction.
Hybrid working 1 week in the office, 1 week working from home - dates to be determined after Training is completed and Manager has signed off.
