Belmont Recruitment are currently working with Blackburn based Community Rehabilitation Service who are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join them on a contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment of patients, planning treatments, coordinating support and providing equipment to meet the patient's needs. Promoting continuity of care into the community setting and also working with the wider MDT to support long term rehabilitation for patients to increase or maintain their independence. To be considered for the position you must have a drivers license with access to your own vehicle. This is a full time position at 37.5 hours a week.
