We are partnering with a well-established PCN in the South Devon area. The practice is seeking a Locum Clinical Pharmacist to join their team supporting 2 of their practices for one day each until the end of March 2026. The role involves working 2 full days with the PCN, supporting with patient consultations, medication related tasks, prescribing and related day to day responsibilities. To be eligible for this role you must be an Independent Prescriber and have completed or be on the CPPE pathway.
