Job summary We have an exciting opportunity for a Specialist Occupational Therapist at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust to join the Rapid Response & Intermediate Care (RRIC) Teams across Buckingham and Marlow. In this rewarding community-based role, you will be responsible for delivering active case management programmes for patients with complex needs, ensuring person-centred interventions are tailored to meet individual requirements.
