Occupational Therapist - Reablement £36.00 per hour | Wiltshire (SN15) Overview I'm currently recruiting for an Occupational Therapist to join my client's Reablement Team in Wiltshire. This is a rewarding community-based role supporting adults following hospital discharge, helping them regain independence and confidence in their own homes. You'll complete Occupational Therapy assessments, develop person-centred reablement plans and work closely with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for service users. You'll be joining a friendly and experienced team that values collaboration, flexibility and professional development, with plenty of support available throughout your contract.
