Support Worker Care Connection are recruiting, experienced Support Workers, to support our clients in the Devizes area! This is a temporary, ad hoc role, you will be supporting our clients with staffing gaps due to sickness and holidays. You will follow support plans to ensure person centred support, and encourage independence and choice in all aspects of daily life. Shifts here are between 08.00-20.00 and waking nights 20.00-08.00. Job Role: A Support Worker is required to deliver support within an adult's health or social care environment, supporting with daily living tasks or development of new skills.
