The Altro Customer Experience & Insight Team plays a key role in strengthening relationships with customers while generating valuable market and business intelligence for the organisation. Through a combination of customer engagement, market research and data-driven insight, the team helps identify opportunities, improve the customer experience and support commercial growth across the business. We have an opportunity for someone to join the team on a 15 month fixed term contract as a maternity cover. After an initial training period where you will be onsite full time, this is a hybrid working role (3 days a week in our Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire Head Office) The key responsibilities will be: Manage and progress project opportunities through the sales pipeline, with particular focus on projects at the contracting stage.
