We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEND professional to join our team as a SEND Start/EHCP Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and ensure they receive the right support to achieve positive outcomes. The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating the Education, Health and Care (EHC) assessment process for children and young people aged 0–25, ensuring statutory duties are met and that families remain at the centre of decision-making.
