The Role Due to growth, we are looking to recruit a Yard Operative to work at one of our clients in Grimsby. You will be required to work on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. The rate of pay is £13.30 per hour. Within this role, you will be working as a part of Yard Operations Team, assisting with the daily operations of a busy site through driving and parking various types of vehicles around the yard. You will be reporting to the Yard Team Leader and Supervisor. The yard and halls activities will be predominantly undertaken outdoors, this means that you will spend a significant proportion of their time exposed to all weather conditions throughout the year. Responsibilities Store and park all vehicles on site within the fleet yard, via agreed valet/wash services, so that vehicles enter and leave the site in accordance with the daily program Barcode all new vehicles on arrival and tag keys Log and remove any valuable items left in vehicle Be responsible for jump starting vehicles...

General Operatives required to work as part of a team, with a positive attitude, for an industrial setting close to York, not far from Osbaldwick / Wilberfoss. We require someone reliable and punctual. Must hold a full UK driving licence and have their own transport. The role will involve working on production lines, assembling products as part of a team and warehouse housekeeping. This role is initially temporary, reverting to permanent after 3 months for a successful applicant, with training and career progression available, so it's a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
