We are seeking an experienced Personal Advisor (14+) to support young people preparing for independence and transitioning from care into adulthood. The Pavilions, Cambrian Park, Tonypandy, CF40 2XX Contract: 9 months+ Rate: £19.50 per hour (Umbrella) You will work with young people aged 14+, providing advice, guidance and practical support as they prepare for independence and life after care. Working closely with social workers and partner agencies, you will play a key role in ensuring young people have safe accommodation, access to education, training or employment, and strong support networks.
