Role Overview We are seeking a strategic leader to drive the global design, implementation, enhancements, and optimisation of Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation. This role partners with HR, IT, and Compensation teams to deliver integrated, compliant solutions that leverage AI and advanced analytics.
