A well‑established organisation within the transport sector is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team on a temporary contract for an initial 3 months, with potential for extension.
This role requires a confident HR professional with strong Employee Relations (ER) experience who can provide pragmatic, employment‑law‑focused advice in a fast‑paced operational environment.
The Role
Reporting into the HR team, you will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across a broad range of HR and ER matters. Key responsibilities will include:
Providing first-line and escalated HR advice to managers and employees
Managing a varied caseload of Employee Relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance concerns
