We are currently supporting a large healthcare organisation based in London in the appointment of an interim HR professional, with a focus on Employee Relations advice and cases including absence, disciplinary, grievances, investigations and performance management. The position will initially be for 3 months; this is due to a current review taking place within the team structure following the implementation of the HR information system.
