We are seeking an experienced Interim Human Resources Business Partner with Employee Relations and change experience to provide expert support to a busy People function during a period of significant organisational change. This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong technical ER expertise with the ability to coach, influence and drive positive change across a complex environment.
You will partner closely with People Business Partners and senior leaders, offering high‑quality guidance across a wide range of employee relations and change activities. You'll ensure that colleagues experience fair, consistent and legally compliant processes, while helping the organisation to evolve and strengthen its people practices.
This role requires a confident professional who can bring clarity to complex situations, navigate sensitive issues with maturity, and support managers through challenging decisions.
